“Eternify Labs,” “we” and “us” mean Eternify Labs, a software business based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at info@eternifylabs.com.
Using this website
You may read, link to and share the pages on this site. Please don’t try to break it, overload it, scrape it in bulk or use it to send anything unlawful. The text, the design, the logo and the name Eternify Labs belong to us; quoting a passage with a link back is fine, copying the site is not.
What the site says about Eternify Ledger describes a product in its MVP launch. Features change as we build, and nothing here is a promise that a feature will exist on a given date. Nothing on the site is tax, legal or accounting advice.
The design-partner program
Applying by email doesn’t create an agreement. A design partner signs a mutual NDA and a design-partner agreement, and those documents, not this page, govern the program, the product and your data inside it.
Our publishing tools
Eternify Labs publishes its own posts to its own accounts on social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads and X) through an internal tool called Eternify Labs Publisher. The tool is used only by our team, only with the company’s own accounts, and only after a named person on the team approves each post. It does not sign in anyone else’s account, and it does not read, collect or store other people’s content or personal information from those platforms.
Each platform’s own terms apply to what we post there, and to anything you do on that platform, including viewing or replying to our posts.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, including the Eternify Ledger site and our social accounts. We aren’t responsible for sites we don’t run, and their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
No warranty, and the limit of our liability
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t promise that it is error-free or always online. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have that the law says cannot be limited.
Privacy
How we handle information is set out in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

If we change these terms we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Questions go to the same inbox as everything else:
