Why we exist
Canadian books need Canadian software.
Canadian companies keep books under rules that most accounting software treats as a setting: GST, HST, QST and PST by place of supply, GIFI for the T2 return, ASPE for the statements. We started from those rules and built the ledger around them.
We also started from agents. The MCP connector is the foundation, not an add-on: Claude, ChatGPT or your own agent reads the live ledger and proposes changes, and a named person approves them. That is how we think accounting work should be shared between software and people.

How it works

A person on every change
Eternify Assistant proposes and a named person approves. Nothing reaches your books without that approval, and every action is logged.
Hosted in Canada
Data and backups are hosted in Google Cloud's Toronto region. The company is Canadian-owned.
Ontario law
Our contracts are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Yours to take with you
Your full history exports in standard formats, with no exit fee. The data is yours.
