For groups and enterprises
Built for many entities.
Many entities, many currencies and many approvers on one ledger. Intercompany eliminates, consolidation ties out, and an API and webhooks connect the rest of your stack. People approve every change.

What you get
Entities and currencies
Each entity keeps books in its functional currency with FX revaluation. A holding company, operating companies and foreign subsidiaries close together.
Controls at group scale
Custom roles, separation of duties and materiality routing per entity. The same audit log covers every entity in the group.
Open to your stack
A versioned REST API with webhooks, and an MCP connector for agents, so your systems read and propose against the same books.
Every entity, one close.
Intercompany balances are matched and eliminated on consolidation. The consolidated statements tie to each entity, and every elimination is an entry you can open.
- Intercompany transactions posted to both sides
- Translation adjustment shown on consolidation
- Transfer-pricing support and parent reporting packages

Build on your books.
Sandbox and production are isolated, versions are set by header, and every write takes an idempotency key. Webhooks deliver events with a record of each attempt.
- Keyset pagination and structured errors on every endpoint
- Per-user, revocable keys that inherit the holder's permissions
- Webhook deliveries logged with status and retry history

Duties kept apart.
Roles define who can propose, approve, post and lock. Above your thresholds the proposer cannot also approve, and every action carries a name.
- Custom roles scoped to an organisation or an entity
- Materiality-tiered routing to designated approvers
- Append-only audit log with drill-down to source documents

Questions
Questions, answered.
How does multi-entity consolidation work?
Each entity posts to its own books in its functional currency. On consolidation Eternify Ledger translates balances, eliminates intercompany entries and presents the group statements, with every elimination open to inspection.
Does Eternify Ledger have an API and webhooks?
Yes. The REST API is versioned by header, uses idempotency keys on writes and keyset pagination on lists, and returns structured errors. Webhooks deliver ledger events, and each delivery is logged.
Can we build custom roles?
Yes. Roles are scoped to an organisation or an entity and decide who can propose, approve, post, lock periods and view. The audit log records every use of a role.
How does the ledger separate duties?
Above a threshold you set, the person who proposed a transaction cannot approve it. Approvals route by materiality to designated approvers, and no action is attributed to an anonymous system.
Is the data hosted in Canada?
Yes. Data and backups are hosted in Google Cloud's Toronto region under contracts governed by Ontario law. The security page lists the controls and the subprocessors.
