For companies from CAD 1M to 100M
Enterprise depth, without the project.
Approvals, spend limits and many suppliers, in an ERP your team can move to from small business software. Import your history, run both side by side, and switch when the numbers agree.

What you get
Approvals that fit your team
Set who approves what by amount, by entity and by category. Each bill, payment and entry waits for a named person, and the log records who decided.
Suppliers at scale
Bills arrive by email, are read, coded and matched to the purchase order and receipt, then wait in a queue. Payment runs go out in batches you approve.
A move you can check
Import from QuickBooks Online, Xero or Sage 50, then run a parallel period. You compare balances line by line before you commit.
Bills that code themselves.
Forward a bill to your inbox address. Fields are extracted, the vendor is matched, the account is proposed and the approval chain starts.
- Three-way match against purchase order and receipt
- Spend limits and approval chains by amount
- Payment runs as reviewable batches, with tax tracked on each line

Get paid on time.
Invoices go out from your own address, reminders follow your rules and payments are applied to the invoices they settle.
- Billing runs as a reviewable batch before anything is sent
- Dunning, promise to pay and an aging view by customer
- Stripe payouts reconciled at transaction level

Every province, handled.
Tax follows the place of supply on each line. Input tax credits are tracked as they arise, and the return is prepared from posted entries.
- GST, HST, QST and PST for companies selling across provinces
- Overrides recorded with who set them and why
- A compliance calendar of every filing and remittance date

Questions
Questions, answered.
When should a company move off QuickBooks Online or Xero?
When approvals, many suppliers, several entities or audit requests outgrow what small business software controls. Eternify Ledger imports the history and runs a parallel period so you decide on your own numbers.
Can I import from Sage 50?
Yes. Eternify Ledger imports from Sage 50, QuickBooks Online and Xero: accounts, balances and history. You compare the two ledgers for a period before you switch.
How do spend limits and approvals work?
You set thresholds by amount, entity and category. A proposal above a limit routes to a named approver, and the person who proposed it cannot approve it. Every decision is in the audit log.
Does it handle GST/HST and QST for a company selling across Canada?
Yes. Tax is set by the place of supply on each line, QST and PST are carried as their own taxes, and the GST/HST return is prepared from posted entries.
