Before you write

Do you have a phone number?

Not a published one. Email is the fastest way to reach us, and it gives you a written answer you can forward to a partner or a controller. If a call makes sense, we’ll propose times in the first reply.

How quickly will I hear back?

Within two business days, usually sooner. If you haven’t heard from us by then, your email didn’t arrive — write again.

Can I get a demo?

Not a public one — we don’t demo what isn’t launched. The design-partner program is the honest version of early access: five companies see it as it’s built, run it on their real books, and what they say changes it. And they keep it free for three years after launch.

Do you work with companies outside Ontario?

Yes. We’re based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and we work remotely with companies across the country — Canadian books don’t stop at one province, and neither do we.

Will you sign an NDA before we share files?

Yes. Reviewing real books is often the fastest way to a useful conversation, and we’ll sign a mutual NDA before anything is shared.
