Accounts receivable
Get paid on time.
Invoices go out from your own email domain, reminders follow a ladder you set, and every receipt is applied to the invoice it pays. Eternify Assistant drafts the follow-up and a named person sends it.

- Customers and contractsTerms, tax place of supply and billing contacts in one record.
- Single or batch invoicesOne invoice, or a run built from contracts.
- Your email domainTwo DNS records and invoices send as you.
- Custom fieldsPurchase order, job site or any field you define, printed on the invoice.
What you get
Sent as you
Invoices leave from billing@yourcompany.ca after two DNS records. Customers see your name in the inbox, and replies come back to your team.
A ladder, not a blast
Reminders step up on a schedule you set, pause when a customer promises a date, and wait for a person before anything firm goes out.
Cash that finds its invoice
A receipt is matched to the invoices it pays, in full or in part, and the ageing updates the moment it posts.
How it works

Pick a step to see it. The panel stays beside you while you read.
Raise one invoice or a whole batch from contracts. Custom fields such as a purchase order number or a job site print on the invoice, and internal notes stay internal.

The run builds a batch of draft invoices from contracts and usage. You review the batch, fix what needs fixing and release it. Nothing is sent automatically.

- Release by a named person

Eternify Assistant drafts each reminder in the tone of the step. A promise to pay pauses the ladder until the date, and a person decides when a firm notice goes out.

Credit memos reduce what a customer owes and show on the statement. Each customer gets a link to see open invoices and pay by card or bank transfer, and the payment is applied when it clears.

- Statements on demand or on a schedule
- Pay-now portal per customer

The ageing report reads the same entries as the general ledger, so it ties to the control account. Open a bucket to see the invoices in it.

Architecture
From contract to ledger, in one line.
Contracts produce invoices, invoices produce entries, and receipts clear them. Collections read the same open items the ledger does, so nothing is reconciled afterwards.

Questions
Questions, answered.
How do I send invoices from my own email domain?
Add two DNS records to your domain. Once they verify, invoices send from an address such as billing@harbourline.ca and the sending is authenticated to your domain, so they land as mail from you.
What is cash application in accounts receivable?
Cash application is matching a customer payment to the invoices it pays. A receipt can clear one invoice, several, or part of one. Eternify Ledger proposes the match from the remittance and the amounts, and a person confirms it.
Can the collections agent send reminders on its own?
It drafts them. Early reminders follow the ladder you set, and a promise to pay pauses the ladder until the date. A firm notice always waits for a named person to release it.
Does a billing run send invoices automatically?
No. A billing run builds a batch of draft invoices and stops. You review it, change what you need to and release it, and the release is recorded against your name.
Can customers pay an invoice online?
Yes. Each customer gets a pay-now portal link that shows their open invoices. When a payment clears it is applied to the invoice and the receipt is posted to the ledger.
Send your next invoice from your domain.
Bring a billing file. We run a batch, review it with you and show the reminder ladder on a call.
