Your week, without the reconciling.
- 1
Buy before you run out
Set a reorder point for each item and location. You see what is short, and an order is drafted for you to send.
- 2
Know your margin the day you ship
When an invoice goes out, the cost of what shipped is posted with it, so you do not wait for month-end to learn what you made.
- 3
Get paid on time
Invoices go out from your own address, reminders follow your rules, and each payment lands on the invoice it settles.
Purchasing
Orders that match what arrives.
Send an order, receive against it, and the supplier's bill is checked against both before you pay it.
- Orders drafted from what is running short
- Receiving against the order, in part or in full
- A bill that does not match waits for you

Questions, answered.
Can I track stock in more than one warehouse?
Yes. Each item shows its quantity and value in every location, and a transfer moves stock between them at cost.
How is the cost of what I sell worked out?
You choose FIFO or average cost for each item. When the invoice posts, the cost of the units shipped is posted with it.
Can I bring my items and customers over from my current software?
Yes. You can import items, customers, suppliers and balances, and compare the result with your current books before you switch.
Does it handle tax when I sell into Quebec or the Prairies?
Yes. QST and PST are carried as their own taxes, GST and HST follow where the sale is made, and the returns are prepared from the books.
