Reporting and FP&A
Reports that write themselves.
Statements are live views of the posted ledger. Ask Eternify Assistant for any report in any period and it builds the tables and drafts the narrative. Budgets, a 13-week cash forecast and the board pack read the same entries.

- Live statementsProfit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow from the posted ledger.
- Dual-GAAP viewsASPE presentation with IFRS and US GAAP views of the same books.
- Reports on requestAsk Eternify Assistant for any period, entity or breakdown.
- Budget against actualA parallel budget plane with variance on the statements.
What you get
Live, not rebuilt
Every statement reads the posted ledger and opens down to the entry and its source document. Nothing is rebuilt from an export.
Reports on request
Tell Eternify Assistant what you need, for which entity and which period. It builds the report, writes the narrative and saves it if you ask.
Planning in the same place
Budgets, scenarios and a 13-week cash forecast sit beside the actuals, so the variance is a column and not a project.
How it works
From the ledger to the boardroom.
Pick a step to see it. The panel stays beside you while you read.
The profit and loss, balance sheet and statement of cash flows (ASPE 1540, indirect method) update as entries post. Switch to an IFRS or US GAAP view of the same books.

A budget is a parallel plane with no ledger effect: it posts nothing and touches no balance. Variance shows on the statements and the board pack, with commentary drafted for you to edit.

Build a budget by account, entity and dimension, then copy it into scenarios. Each scenario is a plan over the same chart, so comparing it to actuals needs no mapping.

Under the hood
One ledger, every view.
A report is a query over posted entries, with a role on it. The same query serves the screen, the export and the agent, so they never disagree.

Questions
Questions, answered.
Can I get IFRS or US GAAP statements from Canadian books?
Yes. Statements present under ASPE and the same books show an IFRS view and a US GAAP view, so a parent that reports under another framework reads from one ledger.
What is in the board pack?
The statements, budget against actual, a drafted narrative, variance commentary and flux analysis. A named person edits and signs the pack before it is shared.
How does the 13-week cash forecast work?
It starts from the bank balance and adds open invoices by expected receipt date and bills and scheduled payments by due date, week by week. Move a payment and the forecast moves with it.
Can investors or board members see reports without a full seat?
Yes. The investor portal gives role-based, view-only access to the reports you choose to share.
