Eternify Assistant
Eternify Assistant does the work. You approve it.
Ask a question of your live books, or hand over the work. Eternify Assistant codes bills, matches bank lines, drafts accruals and writes the variance notes. Every change lands in the review queue with its source, and a named person approves it before anything posts.

- Bill codingAccounts, tax and dimensions proposed from vendor history.
- Bank matchingLines paired to entries, with the reason for each pair.
- AccrualsDrafted for the period, with the reversing entry set.
- CollectionsReminders drafted for the owner of the account to send.
What you get
It works inside the ledger
The agents sit in the posting engine, with the chart of accounts, dimensions, entities and tax treatment in view. They are not a chat window bolted on beside the books.
It proposes, never posts
Every draft is a proposal in the review queue with the evidence and the reasoning attached. A named person approves it, and the log records both of you.
It learns from your reviewers
Reject a proposal and say why in plain words. The reason becomes a rule for that company, and the next bill is coded the way you wanted.
How it works
From a question to a posted entry.
Pick a step to see it. The panel stays beside you while you read.
Chat runs over live ledger data. Answers cite the entries behind them, so a figure is one click from its source. Ask for a report in a sentence and it is built for you, and a workflow you describe in chat lands as a set of proposals, never as posted entries.
- Answers link to the entries and documents behind them
- Reports built from a sentence, saved for reuse
- Multi-step workflows composed in chat, routed for approval

Revenue was 1,284,500.00 across both entities: Harbourline Ontario 812,300.00 and Harbourline Québec 472,200.00. Ontario rose on two installation contracts. Each figure links to its entries.
Bill coding, bank matching, accruals, collections and reminder drafting, and flux and variance notes run as agents inside the posting engine. Each one shows its evidence and its reasoning, so the reviewer decides in seconds rather than rebuilding the work.
- Bills coded from vendor history and tax by place of supply
- Bank lines matched to entries with the reason shown
- Reminders drafted for the person who owns the account

Signals run all month. Odd vendors, duplicate invoices, amounts that break a pattern and tax treatment that differs from the last six bills are raised in the review queue, sorted by what needs a person first. Month-end accruals are predicted from spend patterns before the bills arrive, and reverse on their own date.
- Anomaly signals on vendors, duplicates and tax treatment
- Predicted month-end accruals that reverse automatically
- Proactive insights on margin drift and spend creep
Needs a person
When a reviewer rejects a proposal, Eternify Assistant asks why and writes the answer as a rule in plain English, for that company and entity. Approval thresholds are written the same way: anything over 2,500.00 needs review. The rules are listed, editable and attributed.
- Rules written and read in plain English
- Learned per company and per entity
- Thresholds for review set by a named person

The same ledger is open to your own assistant through the MCP connector. Claude, ChatGPT or your own model signs in as a person, with that person's role, and its drafts reach the same queue and wait for the same approval.
- Works with Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot Studio and Cursor
- The connecting person's role and limits apply

Questions
Questions, answered.
What is an AI accounting assistant?
It is software that answers questions about your books and drafts the routine work, such as coding a bill or matching a bank line. Eternify Assistant works inside the ledger, so it sees the chart of accounts, entities and tax treatment, and every draft it makes waits for a named person to approve it.
Can AI post to the general ledger without a person?
Not here. Eternify Assistant proposes, and only a named person can approve. Material entries always need a human, the proposer cannot be the approver above a threshold, and the audit log records both.
How does Eternify Assistant improve over time?
It learns from rejections. When a reviewer rejects a proposal and gives a reason, the reason is saved as a plain-English rule for that company and entity, which you can read, edit and switch off.
Does Eternify Assistant see other clients' books?
No. Every query is scoped to the company the signed-in person may open. A record belonging to another client is never returned, and asking for one gets the same answer as asking for something that does not exist.

We load a working ledger on the call and you ask it the questions your month-end asks.
