What this site collects
The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party marketing scripts. You can read every page without telling us anything.
Two things do involve your information:
- Email you send us. If you write to k.parikh@eternifylabs.com — to apply to the design-partner program, or to ask us anything — we receive whatever you choose to include: your address, your name if you sign it, and the contents of your message.
- Server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability. We don’t use these to identify or profile visitors.
What we do with it
We use your email to reply to you and, if you asked for it, to send you what you asked for — design-partner follow-up, or launch news. That’s the whole list. Specifically, we do not:
- Sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone
- Add you to a marketing list you didn’t ask to join
- Share your correspondence with third parties, except service providers that make email and hosting work (our email and hosting providers process data on our behalf)
Retention and your choices
We keep correspondence for as long as it’s useful for the conversation you started with us. If you’d like your emails deleted, your address removed from a notification list, or a copy of what we hold about you — which is, at most, the emails you sent us — write to k.parikh@eternifylabs.com and we’ll do it. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s federal privacy law (PIPEDA).
Changes and contact
If we start collecting anything new — analytics, a signup form backend, product telemetry — we’ll update this page before or as it happens, and change the date at the top. Questions about this policy go to the same inbox as everything else:
